Lorelei trots towards the waterfall, deciding to take a dip to refresh herself. She looked around and thought sadly, This place used to be filled with unicorns. But now, the unicorns sensed that danger was near and most were hiding in their homes. She took a drink and got up out of the water and shook herself dry on the grass. She walked over to a shady spot underneath some nearby trees and started grazing on the grass. Her ears perked up, listening for danger.

Renor wandered out of his country, racing as a panther. His padded feet was a silent as any elven footsteps. It was rare for him to wander out of his palace, much less his country. That would be his father's role. The politicians were distressing, again pressuring him to give them more power. As if they do not had enough.
Another annoying thing was to have his hair caught in a gum tree. That was an embarressing thing, for a wind blew while he was supervising the mending of the tree's wounds. Despite being able to talk to the tree, it was useless as the tree itself could not control the stickiness of its gum. He'd to cut it off and had done so with only a moment of hesistation and nights of regret. He'd kept that for as long as he could remember, only cutting them when they got longer than his waist.
Nearing a waterfall, he landed on a boulder. The wind was blowing the wrong way and the unicorn was shaded so he'd not noticed. He shifted, by magic been able to appear with his clothes still present on him, in a black suit. His hair was now in shoulder length and he was all the more concious of it. Renor sighed.

Lorelei continued grazing peacefully when her ears caught a movement not so far away from her. She stopped and slowly looked up, glancing around cautiously. She saw what seemed to be an elf in black. He seemed familiar, but Lorelei couldn't tell--after all, it could be someone pretending to be...yes...she was pretty sure he looked like Renor, the ruler of Lõthanïcka. But what could he possibly be doing in Beintauer? Lorelei pondered this as she stood stock still, not moving a muscle, in case it was someone dangerous.

The wind changed its direction and blew, causing Renor to race his gaze over. Catching the sunglint fur on the unicorn's back, Renor relaxed and gave a slight bow. The color of the mare looked like the Argûl of Bëintaûer and he wondered if it could be true. "Argûl of Bëintaûer, Lorelei?" He queried.

Lorelei listened--it seemed as if it was the Argul of Lõthanïcka. She relaxed a bit and bowed back. "Hello, Renor. What brings you here today?" she replied. She stepped out of the shade, still wondering why he was here. On the other hand, it was nice to see a familiar face.

Renor cast out his mind for a moment to search for an excuse, then rather decided not to. "Nothing formal, Lorelei. I'm merely out for a change of scenery and company. I apologise if i seem intruding on Bëintaûer." He gave a slight embarrassed smile before reverting back to his usual grim face.
It wasn't that he wasn't feeling welcoming or distasteful. It was more of a habit of having his face that way. One way or another, the housewives' tale of making a funny face for long and your face will get stuck that way proves true.
"You appear well Lorelei. As goes your kingdom as well, i hope?"

Lorelei replied, "No, no, enjoy the scenary. I like to travel myself sometimes. My kingdom? Well, it is alright I guess. Nothing unusual happening. But...the unicorns are noticeably restless." She looked around and sighed. "When I first ruled, this place would be filled with unicorns frolicking. But I guess they all sense something, like I."
